Lowe, Kesia Staff ord, & Shawnda Staff ord Chaney 2960 Napier Avenue • Macon, 31204 478.738.9770 staff ordbci.com Our mission is to make a meaningful impact upon the communities we serve, while building lasting relationships. We off er service beyond the completion of the project in building and renovation of commercial, multi-family, medical facilities, worship edifi ces, educational, and recreational projects. What I love about Macon is the fact that my family lives here in Macon. I went to elementary and high school here in Macon, and now I work here in Macon. This town has so much to off er. You just have to "step off of your front porch" and see it for yourself. - Rhonda H. Lowe What is the best advice you have ever received, business or otherwise? Do what is right ... period. - Kesia Staff ord Such a simple statement from my sister that put things in perspective. "All you can do – is all you can do." This made me pause and realize I don't have to take on the whole world all at once. Tomorrow will take care of itself. - Rhonda What has been the most challenging about being a female in the workforce? Sometimes as women, we are not taken seriously. We are strong and we are at the table! - Rhonda I hope more women will open that business they have always dreamed of having. I want them to move out of their own way. I am grateful for my on-the-job training from my family's business. I didn't have to work for anyone else to learn my current role in the organization - Shawnda Staff ord Chaney, Financial Manager
