ITALIAN MARCO RISTORANTE ITALIANO THURSDAY AND FRIDAY 11AM – 2PM MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY 5:30 – 10PM 4581 FORSYTH ROAD 405.5660 | MARCOMACON.COM From the warm Mediterranean undertones of the dining-room décor to the classic homemade Italian food, everything at Marco Ristorante Italiano is carefully selected to give guests the complete Italian experience. A Macon tradition for more than 10 years, the restaurant is owned and operated by native Italian Nazario Filipponi, who selects each menu item based on recipes from his Italian upbringing. Menu suggestions for dinner: Begin with an Apulian-style crab cake served over a red bell pepper sauce with sweet garlic and rosemary followed by a delicious entrée of whole branzino baked in rock salt, cleaned tableside and served with sautéed asparagus and mashed potatoes. End the meal with bananas foster, flambéed tableside, or classic tiramisu. For lunch, choose from a selection of panini, pasta, salads, soups, quiche and frittata. Each day features a special soup, panini, frittata or quiche. All lunch items are priced less than $14 and include a non-alcoholic beverage. Marco also has a private dining room seating up to 30 people and a refined bar fully stocked with the finest wines and cocktails. Like Marco on Facebook to stay up-to-date on special events. 4S
