I have learned that creating beautiful interiors and having people fall in love with those spaces begins long before a design plan is undertaken. It's about really listening to what the client says; to hear his or her needs, but just as importantly, to understand the often-unrealized dreams they have for their spaces. Then it's my job to interpret that into interiors that offer great function, practicality and incredible style. Some people have described your business as a design firm with concierge service. In addition to the many design awards your company has won, you just received the Best of Houzz Award for your customer service. Why do you think that is? That is so flattering and a tribute to my team. We believe that serving the client well is at the core of what we do. We partner with our clients, treat them with respect, and honor that they trust in our expertise to realize their vision and bring an elevated design aesthetic to their project. We want them to have an amazing experience so tending to every detail is part of what we do. We're here to handle everything design related and to do so with pleasure and a positive attitude. We offer whole home design projects, both new construction and renovation, as well as design updates or remodels for individual rooms, especially kitchens and master baths. And, we love our commercial projects, like the newly completed Wellston Station in Warner Robins, part coffee house, part café and music venue. What advice would you give to someone who has not worked with a design firm before? Professional designers not only bring a fresh style perspective but can actually save you time and help you manage your budget. I heard a really smart quote—"Money comes and goes, but time just goes,"—and that is true when you're thinking about a design project. For someone who is considering hiring a designer for the first time, it's invaluable to have someone who can save you time and eliminate issues because they bring experience, expertise, resources, support, and follow through.
