The Interim staff knew what she and her mom needed intuitively. "It is obvious they love what they do, and now I can travel for my job without a worry. Ever." Chris Sims, owner, was not surprised by the praise. "We believe that we have created a unique service for our clients. We leave no stone unturned to provide quality care." The staff at Interim believes in what they do and, not surprisingly, they are all "women in business" who have the hearts and souls for caretaking: Sue Anne Morris, Sales and Marketing Coordinator The vibe I got when I started working here was these are people who really LOVE what they do. I've never seen three people scramble like these women do, when we get a call. We have something really valuable to offer just in the amazing team we have providing the care that is needed. Caron Farris, Staffing Coordinator and HR I take care of hiring and firing caregivers. I look for dependability and a caring spirit. What I enjoy most is hearing stories about our caregivers – what they have done well on their jobs. We have a client who loves to shop. We make sure she has a caregiver who loves to shop and go to lunch and who loves to listen. Our caregivers form relationships with families. Rosy Whittemore, Client Care Coordinator My passion for helping people came after I became a caregiver for my mom and mother-in-law. I've seen it all. You have to be a listener because it's so hard for families. I am the first face our families see. I determine if we are appropriate for the family. Are the surroundings safe? How can we make a difference? It's so important to maintain constant companion contact. I had one client tell me "She's my girl. She's my lifeline." about one of our caregivers. That's what I always want to hear. I see us making a difference. Samantha Bensink, Scheduling Coordinator I match clients with caregivers and make sure it's a good, loving match. The main reason I'm here is my 92-year-old grandmother. I want every grandparent to have the care I want my own gram to have. I love making sure people are taken care of properly and maintain their dignity. They may not get well, but I want them to be as happy as they can be. I want to listen to our clients and hear their stories. I want to know what matters and how we can help. Women In Business
