An innovative menu (with equally creative names) offers Hog Heaven Omelet, Ina- Gadda-Da-Vida Frittata, Twang Benny, Big Bad Boudin, Grits and Grillades, Georgia Peach and Buttermilk Pancakes and Pecan Battered French Toast with a Praline Syrup, among others. A Bloody Mary bar rounds out the fun at this locale where live music is often paired with your meal. 342 Rose Avenue FOUNTAIN OF JUICE In its quaint location at The Prado, Fountain of Juice (or FOJ as it's commonly called) is known for its creative twist on healthy fare. For weekend brunch, visitors might try the Breakfast Burger with fried egg, house made sausage, bacon, havarti, maple aioli, on English muffin. Or consider being tempted by the fried green tomato with pimiento cheese, bacon, and spinach on English muffin. The innovative menu never fails to please – especially at brunch. 4123 Forsyth Road H&H RESTAURANT Serving up Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m., H&H is much more than a great place to eat – its storied walls tell the story of Macon's music and soul heritage. A favorite of the Allman Brothers, the H&H has been "serving up soul food" since 1959. While the menu is filled with comfort food favorites Tuesday through Saturday, the Sunday brunch features Quail & Waffles, Chicken &Waffles, S'mores Waffles and Nutella & Banana Waffles. Big breakfast plates featuring grits and eggs, country fried steak and H&H Hash round out the menu, which is a taste of tradition. 807 Forsyth St.
