What is the mission of your business?
At Sheridan Construction, our mission is to
build with integrity – projects, partnerships,
and trust. We believe construction is
ultimately about people, and our work is
guided by cra smanship, accountability,
and longterm impact on the communities
we serve.
What services or products do you off er and
how do they meet a need or satisfy a want
for central Georgia?
Sheridan Construction provides commercial
construction services with a focus on quality
execution, clear communication, and
collaboration. We help clients turn complex
ideas into well built spaces that meet real
needs and stand the test of time.
What's the best advice you have ever
received, business or otherwise?
The best advice I've received is to lead with
clarity and kindness.
What do you love about Macon? What are
you most excited about in our region?
What I love about Macon is its heart.
There's a deep pride in this community and
a shared belief that investing locally creates
lasting impact.
What's been the most challenging part of
being a female professional woman?
One of the challenges of being a female
leader is being underestimated, but results
speak louder than assumptions. I fi nd real
joy in leaning into learning better ways to
operate and take the high road.
