Our mission at Pure Barre Macon is to
empower women to feel strong, confident,
and connected through movement. We
provide a welcoming space where women
can challenge themselves, celebrate progress,
and build a supportive community that
extends beyond the studio.
What services or products do you offer, and
how do they meet a need or satisfy a want
for Central Georgians?
We offer low-impact, high-intensity barre
workouts designed to strengthen and tone
the entire body. Our classes are perfect for
all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned
fitness enthusiasts. With busy lives and
competing priorities, many women struggle
to find time for themselves—Pure Barre
provides an efficient, results-driven workout
in a supportive environment, helping them
feel strong inside and out.
What has been the most challenging
part of being a female business owner or
professional woman?
One of the biggest challenges is balancing
ambition with the many roles we play—as
business owners, mothers, wives, and friends
There's a constant push and pull, but I try to
that set boundaries and prioritize what truly
matters, allowing me to be more present in
all areas of my life.
I am grateful for the incredible women
who walk through my studio doors every
day. Seeing their dedication, resilience, and
support for one another reminds me why I
do what I do.
