I wouldn't be able to do my job without my support personnel backing me up. Maggie Martin, Associate What is the best advice you have ever received, business or otherwise? My mom always told me "it is not what happens, but how you deal with it." Her words remind me that we always have the opportunity to act with honor and integrity when we are challenged. I strive to remember her words and act with honor and integrity when faced with unexpected situations or diffi cult people. Mimi Olson, Associate What has been the most challenging part of being a professional woman?
