Itʼs a tight-knit family and the owners
have a lot of care and love to give! Itʼs
also where you work with your friends
and meet people.
How has your job gotten you more
involved in the Macon community?
I've met people from all walks of life—from nurses who work at
Atrium to local business owners and even people who are driving
through Macon on a business trip. Interacting with a diverse group
of people has enriched me.
What are some benefits of working a job while in college?
The easy answer is income. Being a budget-conscious college
student isnʼt just a fake title! However, on top of feeling a sense
of accomplishment for your hard work, it also provides a great
opportunity for networking, which is important to me. Iʼve had a
few occasions where I interacted with a business owner and an
interview or job was off ered on the spot!
