What has been the most challenging
part of being a female business owner?
Being a Black woman in business means
constantly proving myself amidst facing
microaggressions and breaking through thick
glass ceilings. There's a perpetual struggle
for recognition based on talent rather than
preconceived notions.However, I see these
challenges as opportunities for growth and
empowerment.
I hope more women will embrace their
unique talents and strengths.
