ecent headlines for the biggest tour on earth, Taylor Swi 's "Eras" tour, praised the artist for not cancelling a Nashville show when a four-hour storm delay threatened to send a record breaking 70,000 fans home. The show wrapped up at 1:30 a.m. in the rain – due to the extraordinary efforts of hundreds of local technicians putting in overtime, protecting equipment, and calling the shots while they stayed in the shadows. Before your favorite band ever gets off the tour bus, there is a team working behind the scenes to get the venue ready.
