Success with Jess Real Estate's mission is
to empower clients whether it is their
first or hundredth time buying, selling, or
leasing homes, land, or even commercial
spaces. At a fundamental level, providing
excellence in service and care for clients
and all of their real estate needs remains
the core. Yet, on a larger level, it's about
bringing others together, helping them
connect, plug-in, and share in a sense
of discovery, pride, and ownership in
our amazing community. It is incredibly
humbling to be entrusted with such
milestones and so thrilling to be alongside
clients in their various new life stages.

Find your inner grit, your gristle, be fearless,
know your value, and don't look back. Strive
for balance and excellence, not perfection.
The metaphor of the airline safety protocol of
putting your own oxygen mask on first before
attempting to help others sounds counter-
intuitive, but ultimately, it's essential.
HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?
Helping others to realize or achieve their
goals is how I define success as a
businesswoman, mother, friend, wife,
daughter, and sister.
WHAT NON-WORK-RELATED PASSIONS
FUEL YOU?
Education, advocacy, and mental health.
I love serving as a board of trustee on the
River Edge Foundation Board. I believe that
mental health is an underestimated integral
underpinning to a community. We are so
fortunate to have one of the nation's leaders
in research-based mental health care
providers in our backyard.
