power and promise of youth.
WHAT IS THE MOST GRATIFYING PART
OF THIS WORK?
Every girl deserves a chance to see their
potential realized. Mentors ignite and
defend potential and help change lives and
futures today and forever. Matching adult
mentors, one-to-one, with children in our
communities inspires hope.
I HOPE MORE WOMEN WILL:
Participate in our mentorship program. We
recognize that it is hard to find time while
juggling responsibilites, but it is possible.
Women can participate through one of our
business partnership programs.
DO YOU HAVE A VISION FOR WHAT
NEEDS TO CHANGE IN MACON?
We all need to band together to make
positive change in Macon. Mentoring is one
of the most effective ways to help prevent
violence and to guide a person to becoming a
productive adult.
YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED TO KNOW:
We are famous for our Dragon Boat races,
coming Sept. 30, 2023, at Lake Tobosofkee,
the only event of its kind in the region. This
awesome team-building and fun activity
features teams from all over Georgia and a
party on the beach for the community to
enjoy.
