To serve our clients, community and employees with
excellence, integrity and quality in every aspect of the
construction process.
What sets your business apart?
Sheridan Construction is a 100% employee-owned
licensed contractor in the state of Georgia. We have been
providing quality construction since 1947. Celebrating our
75th anniversary this year. We have a strong foundation
of leaders with second generation employees and third
generation clients. Recently, Sheridan Construction added
a West Ga office in LaGrange, Ga. The team there is doing a
fantastic job.
What makes you a trusted leader in your work?
We build and nurture relationships with our customers,
employees, and the communities that we work in. Our ownership
of the project begins on day one, taking responsibility for the
budgets, schedules, constructability, challenges & solutions,
punch lists, closeout, and client satisfaction, all backed up with
our Lifetime Warranty on Workmanship. We provide this for every
project demonstrating our commitment to stand behind our work.
What is the most gratifying part of your job?
We have a total of 60 employees at Sheridan Construction. Our
niche is new construction and renovation market segments
include commercial, governmental, higher education, historical,
industrial, k-12 education, medical, residential, and religious from
$25,000-$70,000,000+ in size. We work with the best trade
contractors in the area and value their skills. The collaboration
and team spirit with employees, owners, architects/engineers
and the community is the most gratifying part of our work.
