Landscape lighting adds beauty,
safety and security to your home
Allow us to illuminate an interesting fact about your home's landscape. Outdoor lighting is
among the biggest trends in landscaping. According to a survey conducted by the American
Society of Landscape Architects, lighting, both outdoor and landscape, was among the top
five trends in outdoor living features.
We've asked Donny Guy with Lowe Lighting Center and Rick Wallace with LawnWorks for
helpful tips if you're considering adding or expanding this feature of your landscape plan. As
you can see in the above photo, lighting can provide a beautiful addition to your home while
providing security and safety.

a great deterrent to theft in
the evening hours even more
so than motion-detection
lighting. To set off a motion
detector, the person is
already 10-15 feet away
from the home. Landscape
lighting keeps them driving
down the street to another
home nestled in darkness."
