Rescom Cabinets is a full service, custom cabinet company specializing in residential and commercial cabinetry. We offer in-house design and also provide stone counter installation services. Our showroom offers a wide variety of designs – from kitchens to bathrooms to closets – as well as more than 1,700 pieces of hardware on display. What sets your business apart? Our customer service sets us apart. We take care of our customers well beyond the completion of a project. You might be surprised to know: People are very surprised to hear that we have been in business for 25 years. We were high school sweethearts, married after college and started the cabinet business one year later. Chad worked in a cabinet shop in college where he learned and fell in love with cabinetry. How do you define success? Success, for us, goes back to the customer. Hearing our customers tell us years after completion how much they are still enjoying their cabinets makes us successful. And our customers come back to us for other jobs. What are the most gratifying – and the most difficult – parts of your job? Taking something from a vision and seeing the finished product is one of the most gratifying aspects. We also enjoy seeing the excitement of customers after completing a project. Juggling multiple types of jobs while inventing something new each time often is the most difficult. What makes you strong leaders?
