To empower customers to make informed decisions on the risks of everyday life and to protect their assets so they can realize their dreams. What sets your business apart? We have a fiduciary responsibility to serve our customers, engage our customers and explore what's important to them. We are our customers' advocates and we partner in developing risk management plans that are specific to their needs. Advice for those seeking to get started in your field of business: State Farm has a program that allows team members to work with an agent for two to three years and, based on their performance, position themselves to become an agent. This can be effective in determining if entrepreneurial business is the right career path. What are you most excited about in our community right now? In the 12 years I've lived in Macon, I've fallen in love with this community. Through my involvement with the Macon Civic Club, I was introduced to many local charitable and non-profit organizations serving our area, and I firmly believe the work these organizations do is the backbone of what makes our community strong. State Farm offers programs that allow us to give back locally and I look forward to being able to contribute more to our community. What makes you a strong leader? Communication and the ability to motivate; helping team members define their vision and mission, keeping them focused and staying the course. e best business advice I ever received: Focus on your WIG (Wildly Important Goal). If you focus on one to three goals, the likelihood of achieving those goals increases exponentially; too many goals hinder achievement.
