Because personal training is one- on-one, I work to meet clients' individual goals – whether it's running a marathon, rehabilitating an injury, weight loss, increased mobility or building muscle. Every workout is tailored exactly to what that client needs and all done in a private, individual setting. WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED ABOUT AS WE MOVE INTO 2019? I'm so proud to be part of the Sparks Yoga family, and hope to continue to share my passion for creating strong, healthy bodies. I truly believe that strong is beautiful, and beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. HOW DO YOU UNWIND? I enjoy reading, taking my dogs to the park, cooking dinner with my husband and enjoying a glass of wine. I bet you thought I'd say, "exercise," right? Well, I love that, too! A DAY DOESN'T GO BY THAT YOU DON'T ... Check my day planner about 1,000 times. Honestly, between the work I do as an editor and writer, personal training and teaching Pure Barre and yoga classes, I have a lot going on! It's a miracle I stay on top of it all!
