Pine Pointe Hospice was established to support community members who prefer to live out their lives in the comfort of their own home. Pain is one of the primary fears for people facing a terminal illness, and physical pain can be exacerbated by emotional and spiritual stress. Pine Pointe Hospice offers relaxation massage, pet therapy, and music, as well as grief support through individual and group sessions. What are the most innovative practices you are involved in? Because our population is aging rapidly, caring for the older population is an increasing concern. Hospice provides cutting edge medical care which increases comfort and allows more peaceful, joyful living. More people are discovering the gifts of hospice care, and Pine Pointe is committed to furthering that awareness in middle Georgia.
