The Back Burner Restaurant has been serving the Middle
Georgia community since 1997. Award-winning chef
Julio Rosas, and his wife, Karen, took over ownership of
the restaurant in January 2015. Located in a charming
1934 home, The Back Burner Restaurant has crafted a
niche by offering a variety of steaks, chops and seafood.
The restaurant's new menu maintains this tradition and
provides guests with more options, both for lunch and
dinner. Private dining rooms are available as well as a
banquet space that can accommodate 40 seated or up to
60 for cocktails and hors d'oeurves. Reservations are not
required but are recommended.

Now in a new location sporting a new look with expanded
bar and re-imagined interior. A gastro pub and beer
garden with an extensive menu that goes beyond your
typical bar fare, featuring gourmet burgers, steaks and
seafood. Brunch served Saturday and Sunday 11 - 3 p.m.
