I am continuously inspired by the subjects and circumstances before me along with an endless list of creatives. What do you want to express with your photos? Genuine character, authentic personality, relationship bonds, and all sorts of emotions + feels that make looking at the photos as real-life as the moment was when taken. The more real-life moments I capture with my camera, the more self- fulfillment I get in return. My sessions are filled with life, freedom and spontaneous moments. Do you have a favorite recent photo that you've taken? Can you describe how you created it? The photo of my kids swinging. They were all doing their own thing inside when my oldest ran by yelling, "Who wants to swing?!" My two younger kids dropped what they were playing with and ran off behind her. I look out my kitchen window and see a tiger, a mismatched dressed "DR" and then my 11 year old's long legs tangling out from the swing telling them to jump on before the swing started spinning and giggles became louder. I captured their unique personalities. The Serenity Prayer. Especially the part about living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time. Any advice you would give to someone looking to hire a photographer? Do a little research before reaching out to the photographer. Look at their website and social media and look through their blogs, posts and galleries. How do their photos make you feel - happy and relaxed or awkward and stiff. Take a look at what others are saying about the photographer in their reviews. Once you meet or speak with the photographer, do you feel the same way their photos made you feel?
