Enjoy live music from a band that not only rocks, but even rolls over classics, chases free-wheeling grooves and revels while playing in a grassy park. Bragg Jam unleashes the Quaildogs for Second Sunday. We should point out that the Quaildogs breathe life into a distinctive brand of alt- country that begs the '90s to come back. FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. BRAGGJAM.ORG. DESIGN, WINE AND DINE June 15-25 It may seem unusual to totally revamp a home, furnish it with fabulous things and then invite thousands of strangers over to visit. Historic Macon considers that true Southern hospitality. They even offer tours with bourbon tastings, wine pairings, celebrity shoulder-rubbing, author luncheons, culinary delights and yoga classes. Historic Macon's Design, Wine & Dine features the historic Porter House on Wesleyan College's campus. Designed by architects W. Elliot Dunwody and William F. Oliphant and originally built in 1928 for James Hyde Porter and his family as a summer retreat, the structure was moved to Wesleyan's campus and extensively restored with help from Dunwody-Beeland Architects. Interior designers will transform the home for the series of tours and special events. Other Maconites will also open their homes for exclusive tours, a progressive dinner and a pool party. $20 AND UP. DESIGNWINEDINE.ORG. Listening Room Series: Randall Bramblett Concert The Library Ballroom | June 23 | 7:30 p.m. Doors Usually you are asked to whisper in a library, and you rarely expect to hear Southern rock 'n' roll. Fortunately, this historic venue only books serious musical talent during the new intimate concert series. The Library Ballroom welcomes Randall Bramblett back to the stage for the next session in the Listening Room Series. Bramblett's concert doubles as the CD Release Party for his new record titled "Juke Joint at the Edge of the World."
