BRIAN "What does a guy like me like? And, I designed The Gentry to be exactly that. Upscale. That's it. I just want to give back. So I thought, 'If I open up The Gentry, are people going to come?' Because, there was nothing like this here. I didn't know if anybody would pay 35 bucks for a haircut. But, they did! And, I'm booked solid." DEAN "A friend of mine showed me the Contemporary Art Exchange. Long story short, working there was a shock because I am in the middle of the city. Yet, here's a place that's perfectly no-knock-on-the-door; you can come there and focus on just being an artist. But, there the energy comes from the downtown culture and becomes a part of your vibration." ASHLEY "I love that Macon is very expressive, very hipster, as far as the younger community...but, you see a lot of different people. Everybody seems to merge together. Everybody has something in common if we strip away the outside appearance. The children, they're coming up. They need to know that we're all the same." JORDYN & JONATHAN Jonathan: "She is beautiful." Jordyn: "We're celebrating our three-year anniversary at Dovetail tonight. We're really excited because it's been a hard year, financially and personally." THAI & CASSIUS Cassius: "That's our school over there, Alexander II….He has a lot of cool stuff that we can do. And he's the best friend I could ever have." Thai: "My favorite thing about Cassius is that he's my friend."
