Buffett - whose multinational conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway has a market capitalization of $274.39 billion-– argued that helping women do well in the workplace is the ethical thing to do, and it is also in a man's self-interest. "Fellow males, get onboard. e closer that America comes to fully employing the talents of all its citizens, the greater its output of goods and services will be," Buffett wrote.
