44 l MACON MAGAZINE DECEMBER/JANUARY 2013 BUBBA GREEN: I'm always inspired by the way people come together to help each other. The way Americans come together to help each other. It happens all over this county. You can see it whenever a tragedy happens. Somebody is always there to help. KELLY MORRIS, studies radiology at Central Georgia Technical College and works as a waitress: I started school again this year, so honestly what inspired me really has been my mom. She is a breast cancer survivor, and she has been asking me to get back in school, so I finally did it. Not just for her, but I didn't want her to have to worry. I wanted something secure. She's almost three years in remission. I just try to do the best I can and make her proud. Honestly, for 2012, I think my mom inspired me to get back to school and try to get things on track. PRECIOUS LOCKETT: I'll tell you what inspired me this year: January the second of this year, God spoke to me and told me that he wants me to preach to the unbeliever, and I preached my first sermon in April of this year.
