Mercer University's graphic design program has landed the University on the list of 2026 Top Design Schools by Graphic Design USA (GDUSA). According to GDUSA, 2026's top design programs "blend craft, innovation and critical thinking—preparing adaptable creatives to shape the future of design across industries." Offered through Mercer's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the graphic design major takes a multidisciplinary approach that equips students for real-world design work while developing related skills in marketing and business. The GDUSA designation recognizes Mercer's graphic design program strength, the commitment of faculty, and student talent and ambition. Mercer students won nine 2025 American Graphic Design Awards from Graphic Design USA, making Mercer a winning design program for five years running.
