What is your advice for women Start before you feel completely ready. Central Georgia is an incredible place to build a business because relationships matter here. Get involved in your community, support women, and don't be afraid to ask for guidance. The women who succeed are o en the ones who build strong networks and li each other up along the way. What has been the most challenging part of being a female business owner or professional woman? The ability to do it all! I 've learned that leadership doesn't mean doing everything yourself. Building a strong team and trusting others has been one of the most important lessons in growing both personally and professionally. Who is a woman who has inspired or mentored you? My inspiration has always come from my fi rst corporate job at kate spade new york. Kate and Andy Spade led the growth of that iconic business with both class and grace. Some of our daily practices at Smith's come from my kate spade training. I'm forever grateful to have been in the corporate offi ce while Kate and Andy were still there. Molly Hensley
