Commercial furniture, as well as all interiors product from trash cans to carpet and LVT to lighting and art What experiences led you to choosing this professional path? I love solving problems and creating beautiful spaces for all types of environments and walks of life from the nonprofi t world to healthcare, education and corporate environments What is your advice for women wanting to start their own business, going back to work, or starting a new career in Central Georgia? Educate, be humble, be grateful for all opportunities and never underestimate the value of customer service in all things. In fi ve years … I hope to have completed one of the coolest development projects WE have ever dreamed up with my sweet hubby, Gene Dunwody Jr. If we can make it happen, it will be a fi rst and a groundbreaker for downtown Macon. Who is a woman who has inspired or mentored you? It goes without saying that my mother-in- law is the template for all things I aspire to replicate, represent, and resound for future generations. Her life is a beautiful example of faith in Christ, devotion to family, spiritedness in the community, and the simplicity of moderation in lifestyle. Her zeal for life and everyone around her will inspire me all of my days, and I never lack full and total gratitude for the fact that she chooses me as her "daughter in love," a role I will treasure until the day I leave the Earth.
