One of the things I tell people when I
train here is whatever three or four
tables you have, that is your business
— and you treat it as such. Meaning
as a server, you must keep your area
clean, stocked, and ready to go. I try
not to make the customer have to ask
anyone else for what they need. I'm
always trying to think ahead of what
the customer needs. You always suggest
what you love. Some of them take it,
some of them don't. But my main thing
that I tell them is to treat customers the
way you want to be treated.
