need. And this business is not more
about how much money you make or
accolades, but people generally enjoy
your food. That's success for a chef.
Winning the burger competition my
first year at one of our restaurants, it
was something I didn't expect. That's
something I had never been a part of,
but to know that that many people
enjoyed something that I created
and made, really just was the shining
moments of me being in
Macon, Georgia.
