What is your approach to leadership today?
In recent years, we've been focused on being more versatile and
adaptive, depending on the needs of the business and the challenges at
hand. We encourage our teammates to be true to their own personality
and special style, but nimble and open enough to change or try new
approaches when something isn't working well.
