More than two years of preparation have brought us here — to the doorstep of Mercer
University's resumption of a longstanding football tradition. On behalf of the University,
I would like to thank you for being part of this historic 2013 season.
Campus and community anticipation for the return of Mercer football has been building,
with excitement underscored by an extraordinary demand for season tickets and
tremendous buzz throughout the state. The foundations laid more than 70 years ago have
given us a lofty standard to live up to — and we relish the challenge.
