Our mission is to make a positive difference
in every life we touch. We prioritize quality,
safety, and service above all else, embodying
what we call the Piedmont Promise. We
truly enjoy and believe in what we do — and
in each other. We're proud of the work we
do for this community. — Robin Parker
What led you to do this work? Nursing
offers a variety of opportunities for growth,
from educator to practitioner roles to
counseling and beyond. I've been fortunate
to have mentors who guided me, and now,
I strive to empower other nurses to achieve
their career goals. – Allura Mack
You have to be organized and it takes
balance. You have to prioritize what's
really important. My grandfather imparted
a valuable lesson, and I've applied it to
everything. He said, you don't always have
to be the best, but you should always do
your best. – Alisha Neal
I was drawn to health care because I liked
helping people. I enjoy supporting the
people who are providing a critical service
and healing people. - Angie Walker
To those seeking a career change:
What's stopping you? Go for it. You have
to be unafraid to network, meet new
people, put yourself out there, and seek
support. Witnessing the profound
difference I could make in just one person's
life ignited a passion for nursing within me.
