W O M E N I N B U S I N E S S What is the mission of your business? Visit Macon's encourages economic development by bringing tourism to Macon- Bibb County. Did you know that a first impression for visitors actually starts before they even step foot in our city? The influence of others' experiences cannot be underestimated. The way locals and visitors talk about Macon online and elsewhere can greatly shape the perception of our city. This is why hometown pride and hospitality are so important! One positive testimonial from a visitor who has experienced the uniqueness of our community can have a lasting impact on the future of travel for years to come. What we do is to promote Macon to travel writers, meeting planners, group tour operators, and leisure travelers in an effort to bring people and revenue into the community and area businesses. We are most excited about the general spirit in Macon. The momentum of our work and the passions of the people we work with every day at various organizations in our community make us ready to do more to bring people to Macon. By working together, we are ensuring our growth. What is the most gratifying part of your work or life? Working with all of Visit Macon's partners and being out in the community!
