Recently, Macon Magazine reached out to local high school
coaches to nominate their best rising seniors. For each issue,
we'll pick one sport. As fall kicks off football season, there's more
to watch than the picks on your fantasy team. Check out the local
athletes making families and communities cheer.
Jarvis Robinson, class of 2024, is a wide
receiver and basketball player out of
Central High School in Bibb County. Robinson
was nominated by his head coach, Jarrett
Laws, for his perseverance and dedication
after losing his father, and turning loss into
motivation to excel on and off the field.
