R
Coach, who is your rising senior student-athlete MVP
and why?
When you envision what you want a player to be like on
your football team, Josh Henry checks all the boxes! Josh is an
outstanding leader for our football team. He brings the most
out of his teammates. In addition to being a great leader, Josh
excels on the field and in the classroom. He has a very strong
worth ethic and also is very respectful and coachable.
Josh, what drives you to excel? What are your goals?
What drives me to excel is wanting to continuously
improve being a role model for my two younger brothers. My
goals are to lead my team to a state championship and leave
a positive impact on others around me while doing so.
What has football taught you about leadership?
Football has taught me that leadership is more than
just setting an example for others, but building a bond with
teammates is key to being a great leader.
