Our Chamber works collaboratively to attract and retain talent for

and ChooseMacon.com are two digital tools we are using to close the
workforce gap and promote Macon as one of the best places to live,
work and make your mark.
Mayor Lester Miller delivered the 2023 State of the Community Address
in April at our annual program of the Greater Macon Chamber. Our State
of the Community Luncheon brings together local business and civic
leaders to reflect on the past year and hear our vision for the future.
We provide opportunities in programming and initiatives to build the
future leaders of our businesses and community. The Greater Macon
Chamber is home to Leadership Macon, our premier community
leadership program that is now celebrating its 43
