It's the year of our Bicentennial: officially marking 200 years as Macon,
Georgia. And the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce has existed
for 162 of those historic years. During this landmark time, our Chamber
started a new chapter, with new leadership, a new location and a renewed,
energized outlook – where Macon is the place to make your mark. The
Greater Macon Chamber is acting on our vision for Macon to be the best
place to do business in Georgia.
In early 2023, the Greater Macon Chamber made a monumental move
into Downtown Macon. Our grand (re)opening was held in March 2023
where we celebrated our new modern headquarters in one of Macon's
renovated historic buildings. You can now find us at 338 Poplar Street,
in the heart of Downtown Macon, where small businesses remain the
backbone of Macon-Bibb.
