FROM TOP: Macon Pops celebrates live music throughout the year. | The Georgia Industrial Children's Home hosted the annual Dinner in the Orchard in May, featuring Macon Pops 7-Piece Band. | Broadway is back at The Grand Opera House! FIDDLER ON THE ROOF performed to an enthusiastic crowd. | Musician Rachel Forehand shared, "Being asked to play at the Cherry Blossom Festival was something I've always wanted to do since coming to the festival every year with my grandmother. She took me every year until she was diagnosed with dementia. When she wasn't able to go I would still get her a pin and put it on her lanyard that is full of annual pins. Another great moment was being able to play at the Capitol opening up for Chase Wright. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity that I've had with music here in Macon and feel so, so much love from the Macon music community. No doubt I couldn't do it without them."
