We know OrthoGeorgia employees are the backbone of our organization, and we place a high value on the longevity of our
staff. We are especially grateful for Marsha Perkovich and her dedication to OrthoGeorgia over the last 52 years.
Marsha started with Macon Orthopaedic & Hand Center when it was located on High Street. She was hired as a transcriptionist
for Dr. Waldo E. Floyd, Jr. In 1991, they moved to the 5th floor of the Medical Center and built a surgery center on the 8th floor.
With the technological advancement of voice transcription, Marsha transitioned to the front desk of the Therapy Department
when Macon Orthopaedic & Hand Center moved to our current location on Northside Drive in 2009.
Marsha has experienced the growth of OrthoGeorgia from 2 orthopedic surgeons to now 24 and from 15 employees to 425.
