Going Big Amy Schwartz Moretti, violin Lawrence Dutton, viola Daniel Tosky, bass McDuffie Young Artists Tuesday, Sept. 27 We begin this fabulous 16th season with a memorable concert of the music of Bruch and Spohr. Several principal winds of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will join violinist Amy Schwartz Moretti, bassist Daniel Tosky and McDuffie Center for Strings Young Artists to kick off this concert. The opening will also bring the audience up close and personal with multi-GRAMMY award winning violist of the Emerson String Quartet, Lawrence Dutton. All-American Amy Schwartz Moretti, violin Elizabeth Pridgen, piano Hsin-Yun Huang, viola Julie Albers, cello Tuesday, Oct. 25 An all-female team of featured artists takes on the work of two talented female composers, Jennifer Higdon and Amy Beach. All-American music is on the docket for the evening, with a Fabian Concert Series Bringing World Class Aristry to Macon & Mercer program featuring pianist Elizabeth Pridgen, violist Hsin-Yun Huang, cellist Julie Albers and violinist Amy Schwartz Moretti. Dvorak's Influence Amy Schwartz Moretti, violin Annie Fullard, violin Ettore Causa, viola Kyung-A Yoo, piano Tuesday, Nov. 15 This colorful concert will feature violist Ettore Causa, violinists Annie Fullard and Amy Schwartz Moretti and pianist Kyung-A Yoo to create vibrant feelings in the depth of winter. Music of Dvorak, Rebecca Clarke and William Grant Still bring in the holiday season with song.
