What makes you a trusted leader in your work?
Having a genuine interest in the success of both my
teammates and our clients.
What's the most difficult part?
Knowing that certain factors may arise during a customer
interaction that may inhibit reaching the goal and desire
of the customer. Beacuse we take 100% responsibility for
meeting the needs of our customers, my greatest fear would
be having to use the words "I can't."
How do you define success?
To relish in the accomplishment of an attained goal, whether
small or large.
Any advice for those seeking to get started in your field
of business?
Understanding that banking is not just a job or 9-5. Obtaining
accurate knowlegde in many aspects of banking to better
service the clients. Having a genuine interest and caring for
people as a whole, while catering to their needs with sincerity.
Developing and earning trust from your customers, some of
which may develop into lasting relationships, which would be
the greatest outcome.
