pursued what they term as "elevated brunch" when
the restaurant opened in 2021. Citing Atlanta's
high-level brunch scene as inspiration, the owners
are seeking "the wow factor."
At VIBEZ, brunch favorites like chicken and
waffles can be ordered in key lime, cotton candy
or red velvet varieties alongside gourmet dishes
like a tomahawk pork chop. A bold cocktail menu
plays with midday mixed drinks like sangrias and
mimosas with lots of variety, like their signature
concoction, the VIBEZ champagne margarita.
Dining downtown increasingly means trying
something exciting. Hughes explained, "It's a place
where we're moving the needle."
