WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?
We solve technology-centric problems
with best-in-class solutions for
businesses that are ready to invest in
their future.
WHAT LESSONS DID YOU LEARN
BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC?
To give grace. It has been a rough
journey for everyone. Everyone around
you is experiencing this through their
own personal lens and one must engage
another with empathy and understand-
ing and not judgment. We also learned
the importance of technology during
the pandemic. People were relying on IT
more than ever once the workforce had
to switch to remote working.
WHAT HAS BEEN CHALLENGING ABOUT
BEING A WOMAN IN YOUR FIELD?
There are clearly different standards for
women, especially in male dominated
fields such as IT. Women are required
to walk the line between being likeable
and being highly competent. We have
been lucky to have a couple of male
mentors during our careers who truly
understood the differences and helped
us navigate those waters. Our take-
away from that is we need more female
mentors, and we try to do this for the
up-and-coming women in IT.
