S P E C I A L A D V E R T I S I N G S E C T I O N WHAT IS YOUR MISSION AND HOW HAS THAT SHIFTED BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC? To provide natural and organic skincare products that support and maintain overall healthy skin. We aim to focus on uniqueness, affordability and to provide excellent custom- er service. I actually launched my business during the pandemic. I had been working on different products and told myself that now was the time. It was such an uncertain time, and really still is, but I was allotted the much-needed time to work from home so I gave myself a push and launched on Nov. 31. I ADMIRE WOMEN WHO: Radiate from within. We often recognize the facade that women put on to "save face," but it really warms my heart to see women who have faced adverse situations and have taken that adversity and planted it as seeds so they later become beautiful blossomed flowers! LOOKING BACK, I WISH I HAD KNOWN: ƒat all it took was for me to believe in myself and move forward regardless of what was going on around me. WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE FOR WOMEN WANTING TO OPEN A BUSINESS? As women, I think that we tend to overthink things and put everything and everyone before us, so I would say prioritize yourself by investing more time in you and your goals. 2021 Women in Business SADÉ W.
