WHAT IS THE MOST GRATIFYING
PART OF YOUR JOB?
e most gratifying part of my job is that I
get to contribute to the development of areas
all over Georgia. Whether it is a new con-
struction or renovation, it is very rewarding
to see the community benefit from a project
that we complete. It is also gratifying to be
affiliated with so many different organizations
around Macon as a Sheridan employee. I am
actively involved with United Way, Historic
Macon Foundation, Junior League of Macon,
North Macon Rotary Club and Daybreak.

LaGrange. We are happy to expand further
into the West Georgia market.

OF BEING A WOMAN IN YOUR FIELD?
e most challenging part of being a woman
in the construction industry is that I am
sometimes not taken seriously. I have met
more than a handful of individuals who found
it funny that I worked in construction and did
not believe me. I am proud to be a female in
the construction industry.
LOOKING BACK, I WISH I HAD

Macon holds. Our city has a lot to offer, if
you are willing to open your eyes to it.
