Glennon, a single mother of two.
For someone who "hates cooking," at the
start of the pandemic she unfortunately found
herself as head chef for three square meals.
Enter "Taco Tuesday": Two of the most
beautiful words ever strung together. is
one little phrase can make anyone smile and
anyone's mouth water. Once a week, families all
over the nation share the same dinner tradition.
In the early days of the pandemic, the
teacher and bartender was in need of a plan
to feed her family more meals than she ever
thought she'd have to cook. With the loss of
income from bartending, "eating out was not
sustainable to do all the time." Moira's search
for meals made quickly and inexpensively
led her to staples she could rely on when
