THE ROXY THEATRE Betty Freeman knows the Roxy well. Freeman is 71 and has seen the once bustling Roxy nearly every day of her life from her house across the street. Still in use are the Grand Opera House, the Douglass eatre, Hargray Capitol eatre and eatre Macon.
