HOW DOES SPARKS IMPROVE LIVES?
The power of a yoga practice is that it allows us to progress and
grow as individuals but to also feel connected to a community of
people dedicated to doing that as well. The studio, our teachers
and our students together create a space that supports us all in
our pursuit of physical, mental and spiritual wellness.
WHAT IS A MYTH YOU WISH PEOPLE WOULD GET OVER?
That you have to be flexible or have a certain body type to prac-
tice yoga. Yoga is for every body!
HOW HAS COVID-19 CHANGED YOUR MISSION?
Sparks Yoga's mission is to be a welcoming wellness space for
everyone. We seek to offer a place of inspiration and community
through yoga. We are more purposeful than ever about being a
place of respite where our students can find hope, grace and well-
ness. The pandemic has allowed our community to band together
and find both strength and rest in our yoga practice. We have
learned to prioritize self-care in new ways.
