COVID-19 continues to impact our community, state, and nation, and we have all been affected in some way, whether we have been sick or not. The only way to slow its spread and protect Middle Georgia is by working together and taking all precautions. That means: Remember … this impacts each one of us in different ways, but we've all been affected. What is the same for each of us is how we can protect each other and Middle Georgia, and that's by working together. For all information about COVID-19 and details on these measures, visit www.cdc.gov/coronavirus or contact your local health department. LET'S PROTECT MIDDLE GEORGIA. WEAR A MASK. MAINTAIN YOUR DISTANCE FROM OTHERS. WASH YOUR HANDS. • Wearing a mask in public and around people. • Avoiding large groups, and maintaining at least six feet between you and other people. • Washing your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds…and often. • Using hand sanitizer if soap and water aren't available. • Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces regularly. • Covering coughs and sneezes.
